Security deposit
Held against damage, refunded on clean return
01All rentals run on a 24-hour / 1-day basis.
02A security deposit of ₹5,000 in cash is collected in advance for all cars, regardless of segment.
03In case of damage or scratch to the car, or theft of any accessories, the deposit will be forfeited.
04Any repair cost beyond the deposit amount is borne by the renter.
Identity verification
Required at pickup, no exceptions
01Primary ID proof (mandatory): Original Passport or Original Ration Card.
02Secondary ID proof: Driving Licence, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or a valid Office ID.
03Two signed cheque leaves are collected at the time of booking, as part of the rental agreement.
In case of an accident
Rental continues while the car is off the road
01If the car meets with an accident and is under repair or in the workshop, the rental amount continues to apply for each day the car is off the road.
02This, along with all deposit and liability terms, must be confirmed by signing the proper rental document before pickup.
